How do I remove a user from the myob.app

He only needs access to accountright not online

The user has more access than he has set in permissions, example - access to jobs

Hi @jcbc 

 

Thanks for your post. It's not possible to remove a user's access to the web browser, however, their access is determined by the roles they have been assigned in the desktop software. I would recommend checking the employee's role to ensure he has the correct permissions. For example, if he has been assigned the Sales role, go to Manage Roles>>Sales>>Lists and make sure Jobs isn't selected.

Hi Tracey

I have all the settings correct, there are no job options checked but he can still view all the job reports 

Jobs is unchecked in lists on the users role, only 'items' and 'sales and purchases information' is checked under Lists & only 'purchases' is checked under reports

So that I can investigate this can you please send me screenshots of that users permissions and also where he is able to see the jobs reports in the web browser. You can send those screenshots by private message.
