Could someone please help, I have already sent through a request but MYOB is just referring back to the area that is of no help to me - We have AccoutRight with 5 Online Company Files and 1 Offline Company File, the problem is I recently added a password to the Offline Company File due to new staff coming onboard, but after our attempts to upgrade this file to 2023.3 the passwword I set no longer is acceptable.

I am the only administrator so any attempts to rectify are to no avail.

  • Serial Number
  • First and Last Name
  • Company Name
