printing

Hi we have recently upgraded our file to AccountRight plus but when I attempt to print I get a minimised box that I am unable to enlarge or do anything with.

 

I do not know why this is happening or how I can fix it - see attachment.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @TACS 

 

If you click on the middle button (maximise) does it enlarge the window? I've tried to replicate it in my system and I am able to enlarge the window by clicking on the maximise button or dragging the edges with the mouse.

Nothing happens regardless of which button I press.

 

Note it has rectified itself overnight - perhaps there was a server restart.

 

So now not an issue as long as it does not re-occur.
