removing online file

I have spent hours tonight trying to figure out how to remove an online file. No notes found anywhere.

My account manager is away till monday and has altered serial number for a file I just upgraded from Classis 19 to AR Plus. I need to Remove this file then upgrade the Back up and change Serial number then put online. I have discovered thru a discussion I saw on MYOB community that MYOB has to do this.  Is that correct?

I just cant spend any time in the office on the phone to MYOB tech.

Is there a MYOB person that can help please. How can I send a personal message with the details?

We are able to arrange for a company file to be removed from the cloud if required. In order to do so, we do need to confirm some company information as such I have sent you a private message on this Forum.
