report export to Excel

Hi,

 

I get a problem when I export reoprt to Excel. It shows Error that retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT:0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

 

Could you help me to fix?

Hey @mindy 

 

Generally that message means that the Excel installation may not have completed properly or something is missing within the installation. To get around this you would need to reinstall your copy of Excel on that computer.

 

Also for AccountRight to connect to Excel it needs to be installed after Excel. So if you are going to be reinstalling Excel then I recommend reinstalling AccountRight after reinstalling Excel,

 

If you are still having issues with this, if you have an IT person the would be your best port of call.
