Hi,
After I upgraded MYOB AccountRight SE and Client from 2022.5 to 2022.7, the upgraded Company file includes transactions/accounts up to 30/4/2022 when it’s expected 31/8/2022.
Here is “Banking -> Reconciled Accounts” on “MYOB AccountRight SE” that shows wrong “Last Reconciled Date”:

Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm if the date is incorrect on the Bank reconciliation report? If you have already reconciled a specific period, the only reason for dates being incorrect can be that the reconciliation has been undone or a previous backup has been restored. If none of that applies, let us know what is the last reconciled date on bank reconciliation report so I can investigate this further.

The date in the Bank reconciliation report is wrong as well (30/4/2022). it should be 30/8/2022!

Thanks for that info. Could you please put 30/8/22 into the Bank Statement Date in Reconcile Accounts and upload a screenshot. As well as a screenshot of the bank register to 30/8/22 to see if there are any transactions there. If the transactions are in the bank register but not the reconcile accounts window I can run a script for you.

Hi Yanike,
Thanks for your suggested solution. I can't find any transaction after 30/4/2022 in Bank Register. all of our cashbook after 30/4/2022 was vanished.
there are transactions that setup automatically (payroll, sales, ...) but not any of cashbook and it's a wrong compony file.
I struggled with this issue from last friday and restored lots of backup files but no luck!
I called MYOB support team 2 times and each time long hours investigation.
Please help.

It seems like you upgraded the wrong company file by mistake. To open and upgrade your other company file:
And select:
Double check under Help>>About AccountRight which company file you are working in. It seems that an older file with Company File ID 1 was upgraded from 2016 to 2022.8 - this is an online file. A file with ID 2 is the one that has been confirmed and upgraded regularly.

for making sure about the correct location of the file I copied file on my laptop and open it by pc version on MYOB AR 2022.5 with no update! but no luck!
