serial number does not macth account

I'm trying to upgrade from AccountRight v19.15 Plus. I logged into my.myob.com.au and it shows I have a subscription to MYOB AccountRight Plus (Serial Number XYZ). It tells me that the subscription is active and includes 1 online company file. However, when I run the MYOB AccountRight upgrade assistant it eventually prompts me that my serial number doesn't match my account. The current serial number is XYZ and the my.myob.com.au product serial number matches the current. How do I fix the subscription serial number?
