unable to confirm company file

Hi there

I am unable to auto confirm my company file - called myob support and they are closed - what do I need to do to access my file please - its over a year old and has been running fine up till now ???

I’ve made a slight change to your file which should allow you to confirm your file, as long as you were using the product registered against that serial number. Please do try confirming your file again and letting us know how you get on
