unable to see drop down options

We are having issues since the upgrade to the latest version where we randomly cant get dropdown boxes to make selections  and when you type a name it wont bring up the customer/ employee is this to do with the update or an IT issue on our end we have to log out and log back in to get it to work?

Hi @JANJ_2018

 

Thank you for your post. So I can take a look into this for you, can you please clarify which window this is happening in ? If possible can you please provide a screenshot.  Also, to troubleshoot can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you please sign back into your file and check to see if you can see the drop down options.

Thank you our program is on a remote server we all log into to use myob  i now believe it may be more of an it issue
