We just purchased an additional Premier online subscription.
When we trying to upload the multi-currency offline file (v19.15) to AccountRight 2023.3, we receive the below error.

The file can't be upgraded as it is. Try the link for more information. Suggest you get in touch with FGH Tables, they specialise in resolving these issues.

Thank you for your post. If your company file has any of the following transactions, it can't be upgraded (yet):
If you haven't used multi-currency for a while but you have transactions like these from previous financial years, complete the pre-upgrade tasks by following the steps on this article to Upgrade a Premium company file with multi-currency. This might remove those transactions to allow the upgrade.
