Hey MYOB
The 2022.10 upgrade was installed this morning and not happy with the fact you have changed the format of the email body for invoices we now email.
While the new feature of allowing online payments for those who email via Outlook, I don't like the fact you add to ALL the emails for invoices the header to view the invoice online.
As a result, I now need to edit all invoice templates as the online view of the invoice cuts off the bottom 2-3 lines of our invoice which in our case is 1) reference to the terms and conditions 2) Invoice Due Date and 3) any customer specific notes.
Something that just works is now broken and requires us to make a change.
You need to address why the online invoice template has the bottom lines cut off and if we don't tick the option to include online payment then don't display the extra header.
This is the header I want to go
This is the cut-off page when viewed from the link
This is what it should look like
plus we are getting this error (sometimes) when we click on either link

Exactly, Im not impressed either with upgrade.
Now have to untick online payments on every invoice.
Not happy MYOB!!!!!

Hi @FWAAmanda
Unticking the option doesn't remove the new header on the emails.
Its there now regardless if we want it or not.

Any solution to this issue?
I am needing to email over 200 invoices and DON'T want this garage showing on the email.
I don't want customers to think they can pay online.

Hi @AndrewStephen and @FWAAmanda
Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance yet. The privacy policy URL will only be added for invoices when viewed online.
If you would like a copy of the invoice sent with just exactly what you have customised to looks like then you can go to; Setup > Preferences > Emailing > Select When Emailing Invoices: Include a link to online invoice and attach PDF.
Doing this will give your customers the invoice you created as an attachment, and they would only see the banner on the invoice if they click "View full invoice" on the email.
