Hi, a client is reporting that recent invoice emails sent direct from AccountRight to a major Australian supplier are being rejected, after many months successful sending. Could someone contact me for further details please?

Can you please tell me if there was any bounceback email and if so was there any indication on the bounceback to why the email had failed to send through?
Some things to check would be to the supplier has the email address marked as safe. If you can send me a Private Message containing the email address of your supplier as well I will be able to check if it is blacklisted.
