Active Customer not showing in Time Billing

Hi all,

 

Anyone encountered a problem with an active customer card unable to be selected in Timebilling - Time sheets?

Thanks for your post. I am not aware of customers not showing when entering timesheets. Could you upload a screenshot of the customer card and the timesheets customers list so I can investigate this further?

 

Make sure to blur out any sensitive information.
