Add a due date to a bill that I have received

Hi,

I use the online AccountRight latest version but on my desktop, not on the new myob browser.

On the purchases screen, where do I select the due date so I know when my bills are due for payment?

I was using the "promised date" to record this information, but notice that the date doesn't translate when I use the myob online browser version when I'm out of the office.

Re: Add a due date to a bill that I have received

Hi @KACE

WIthin AccountRight (Desktop), the due date of a purchase (or sale) can be seen and updated through the Terms of the transaction (top right). Selecting the Terms arrow will bring up the Terms Information window where you can select the desired terms, which in turn, would impact the Due Date of the transaction.

Thank you so much!

I should've known that.
