Hi There,

If we hold our company files locally not online, is there anyway we can use the attachment function in our AP files?

The AccountRight In Tray is a feature that is available to company files stored online with AccountRight Live. This is not a feature that is available to offline/local stored company files.

If you are looking at using this feature the company file would need to be placed online as per Help Article: Put your company file online. Note: An active AccountRight Subscription per company file is required to store the company file online.
