I am trying to run an Inventory Items Auto-Build Items report but keep getting "There's no information to display. Try changing the filters and then run the report."
I was able to run this before the updates, but can't get it to work at the moment.
I was hoping someone could help with the issue.

Great, thank you for confirming that information. I've arranged for the script to be run over the company file. Do close down the company file and then reopen it before attempting to run that Auto-build report again.

Hi Steven,
Followed your instruction but no luck. Still get the same message and no report.
Our computer needs administrator permission to edit/delete files. Would it affect anything you are doing?

In theory that should have worked to resolve the Auto-Build report showing no information to display. If you are still encountering that situation I would make sure that you have items that are auto-built i.e under Items>>Items Lists>>Select the item>>The Auto Build tab is filled out. I would also ensure that you have provided the correct information above.
If those have been reviewed, we can look at running the script again over the file in case it didn't fully work the first time. Failing that we may have to arrange for the company file to come in for an investigation - we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Yes, we use auto-build items all the time. I just double-checked the information and they are correct. Unfortunately, I am still unable to create reports.

I've re-run that script over the company file for you. Do ensure that you close down and reopen the file before attempting to run that report again
