Bank Feed not connecting - BOQ

I've been trying to access my bank feed all day & I'm still getting the Unable to Connect message. Is anyone else getting this message? Do I phone my bank or is it a MYOB problem? Would love to hear any feedback regarding this issue.

I would like to extend to you a very warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. 

 

Unfortunately we are current having some issues with customers not being able to receive bank feeds. We are aware of the issue and our incident team is working hard to restore the service as soon as possible. I have been informed that they should be restored in a few hours, so please check back then and do let me know if you require any further help at all.

I've been having issues since last week.  Managed to download on Friday after a number of tries.   MYOB also freezes after a few attempts to download the bank feed.  Is this a known issue?

Sorry for the delay, the issues from yesterday have been resolved. You should not longer receive the "Unable to Connect" messages when trying to get Bank Transactions in your file.

 

I do apologise for the delays with this.

 

Please note that some Financial Institutions have not yet sent out their data to us today and are causing delays for these Banks. We will be tracking this current delay on our post here: Bank feed delays 06/08/2018
