Bank feeds not working

Bank Feed not working this morning.
Checked at 7.10am and nothing for any of our Bank Feeds (NAB, Amex & ANZ)

 

Almost a perfect week Smiley Happy

Spoke to support

They confirm there are delays and wont be address until monday when the Bank Feeds team is back at work.

This is a service we are paying for with our subscription. 

I needs to be reliable and needs to work.

 

I now have to log into NAB, ANZ & Amex internet banking to print out the transaction for Friday so I can complete the weekly paperwork.   What should take 15 minutes will now take an hour.

Its 6.15am (WST) on the 14/01/19 and still no bank feeds for the 11th.

We should have these feeds on Saturday morning.

 

NOT GOOD ENOUGH MYOB.

Its 8.00am (WST) and still no bank feed data for the the 11th.

Any idea when the issues will be resolve and we will see the data ?

Hi @AndrewStephen

 

I've checked in on this and there was an issue with NAB on Saturday however I had not heard of any issues surrounding AMEX or ANZ.

 

I would say if there was an issue on Saturday, today's data processing might take some extra time and I'd say give it to 1PM AEST to try again as we'd expect the majority of the load to have been sent out by then.

 

Let me know if you're still not receiving data by then.

Was just talking with my Business Banker on another subject and asked about any known Bank Feed issues with MYOB and they did say the bank feed issue will be a result of the 5 hour outage the NAB had on Friday.

 

Mainly with Internet Banking and there wasn't much coming in and out.

Guess, we can't blame MYOB for the issue this time with the feeds from Friday. Sorry MYOB

Hopefully they can process the data and have it for us ASAP.

Hi @Hayden_B, Our last imported bank feeds are transactions dated Thursday 10th, though MYOB says it last updated bank feeds at 3.29pm today with no new transactions. Cheers, Roxy.

Looks like the data is taking longer than originally thought, I've recently made this post to keep the information in 1 area and allow you to subscribe for notifications (By clicking the Subscribe button)
