Blue Arrow

Hello,

Can anyone explain to me why all of a sudden my arrows are grey and not blue? And i cannot edit open invoices in sales, i can only "reverse" the sale.

This is the same in purchases too - everything is now grey.

Thanks

Re: Blue Arrow

Hi @NRC88

This can happen if "Transactions Can't be changed. They must be reversed" is ticked under Setup>>Preferences>>Security as this preference locks the transactions from being deleted/edited. Please also check the lock period date because any transactions before the lock period date can also not be edited.

Kind regards,
Komal

Re: Blue Arrow

That is so bizaar as i have never dabbled in preference so I wonder if it automatically changed when i did the recent upgrade.

Re: Blue Arrow

Hi @NRC88

There is always the possibility another user changed these preferences (unless you are the only user), however a number of users have reported various Preference/setting changes after Updates over the years, so I would not be surprised if it were the latter.

Gavin
