Broken online payment process

Hi there,

 

I have sent a client invoices for online payment and they were not able to proceed payment - they have tried several times and now instead of looking like a established company we seem like amateurs for giving them an option that does not work!

 

Anyone had the same issue?

Hi @DeniaM,

 

Could you please elaborate a bit further regarding the issue - for instance, are they encountering an error message, at what stage of the payment process are they getting stuck, etc? Having a bit more information will allow us to determine what the best course of action is.
