I need to update my subscription payment method, but when I log into my.myob and it says to click the change payment button there is no such button visable. I've tried different browsers and still not there. Can you fix please, it's very frustrating.
Thanks for your post. Are you the primary contact on the account? This is required in order to make that change. Are you logging in with the main email address?
