I cannot have 30days.

I want to make it 7days for due date.

Re: Changing terms on an invoice

Hi @Brodablack

To change the terms of an invoice you can go into the respective invoice and select the Terms arrow (top right). This will bring up the Terms Information window allowing you to make changes to the terms of that invoice. Do note that this will update the terms of that individual invoice. If you have multiple invoices these do need to be updated on a per invoice basis.

If the terms of your customers are changing going forward, you could go to the relevant Customer card and update the Terms information section in the Selling Details tab. Any NEW transactions will take those terms going forward.

Kind regards,
Steven
