When initiating a quote in AccountRight, how do I assign the correct form? I have created and personalised a Quote Form but can't find where to tell MYOB to use it. Thanks in advance for your help. :-)

You can choose a customised form when Printing or Emailing the quote
Great to see that @JeffreyStephens has been so quick to assist. As mentioned, customised forms only get applied when printing or e-mailing a quote. See our help page Print or email sales for further information on how to set this up in your company file.
