Combine Accounts error

When is AccountRight going to allow us to combine accounts where the account is linked to a job history?  We were able to do this in the old version of AccountRight v19.  It is extremely frustrating that we are into several years of using the online version of Accountright and this still hasn't been fixed. And no it is not an option for me to journal the balance over from one account to another. I hope to see this update to the software is included sooner rather than later.

We are aware that within the AccountRight 2019 range that when you do combine an account that has been used with a job you will encounter an "An account that is linked to a job history record may not be deleted" message. This is due to a marker in the database that flags that account for a job. At this stage, we don't have any immediate plans to address that situation and clients encountering that message should mark the account as inactive and/or change the account number so it appears at the bottom of the list.

Note: The job transaction can be deleted and the combining still can not occur
