Connection Lost

One of our employees was just entering a large sales order and has been kicked out of the program. The only warning was "Connection Error".  Our employee will now have to go back and re enter the total order.

This is not the first time this has happened.

This is costing valuable time and needs to be sorted out.  We cannot afford to keep having these issues.

This has happened a further 2 times this morning..... is anyone looking into this connection error?

From your description and time of post, it sounds like it might be related to this current issue: AccountRight Connection Errors - 09/05/2019

 

In short; It looks like you might be working on a specific cluster that tends to have problems in the mornings. These issues tend to resolve themselves throughout the day, however we're investigate the cause for the problems in the first place.

We have had continued problems with MYOB over the last couple of months, mainly the connection lost, but also with our saved forms "dropping off" and reverting back to the generic version.  We continually have to log out and log back in to get the forms back.

 

Previously had been very happy with MYOB but now the continued problems are so frustrating.
