I have tried million times to delete purchase in the MYOB, somehow the messages keeps saying connection error. Anyone can help me with this.

Hi @LL2113,
Thanks for your post. Looking at the error log it looks like AccountRight is experiencing a timeout when deleting the purchase, can you please close down AccountRight and clear the AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you try to delete that purchase ?

Thanks for the update. To troubleshoot can you enter in a sample purchase with a few of the items listed on the purchase your trying to delete, does it allow you to delete the sample purchase?
