Re: Copying customised forms

Hi @James9

The answer to your enquiry comes down to what is the purpose for the copy?

If it is to have a similar form but a slightly different look you would just need to re-save that form with a different name - open the customise form through the Setup>>Customise window, select the menu button (left of the Customise/Print Preview tab and select Save As. Note: you would not be able to transfer the customise form between different types and layouts i.e. if you have customised a service invoice you would not be able to copy that form to be an item invoice.

If it is a case you need to copy that customise form so it can be used to be a different company file then you want to use the Setup>>Export customise forms and Setup>>Import customise forms options. See Help Article: Sharing forms with other company files for more information on that topic.

Kind regards,
Steven
