Custom Invoice not printing

Hi, Another problem I am having with the new AccountRight Premier is suddenly out of the blue, even though I choose my customer invoice to print, it prints out an invoice that doesn't have my company name. I have found I have to totally quit out of the program and then get back in and then it seems to work. Very annoying and a waste of paper.

The product not using a client's customise forms for emailing/printing is something that we have identified with the AccountRight 2019.2 version. This situation is something that we are addressing in the AccountRight 2019.2.1 update. This is the compliance update due out later this month for clients, typically the last week on June.
