Customer Card File Average Days To Pay

Hello,

I noticed whilst checking a customers card file to provide a trade reference to another company that the average days to pay was 2363, which is obviously incorrect.  I decided to check through all our 30 day account customers and have 7 customers who's average days to pay ranges from:

negative 16,382 (yes thats right negative 44 odd years) to the highest of 56,719 - 155 years.

Clearly wrong,  could someone please fix this.

Thank you, Cathie

Re: Customer Card File Average Days To Pay

Hi @Archskirt01

We've identified an issue which causes the average days to pay in customer cards to calculate incorrectly. It typically occurs if a blank invoice was entered, then was later edited with a different amount.

This has been passed on to our developers for investigation. I'm afraid that currently there is no workaround available. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience while our teams investigate this matter.

Cheers,
Clover

Re: Customer Card File Average Days To Pay

Hi @CloverQ

Developers are aware and this has been reported as known for a long long time now.

Its just another examples of bugs and issues that MYOB refuse to fix.
