Customised invoice not printing

My customised invoice won't preview, print or email.  The default Plain Paper invoice is coming up.  This has happened after doing the latest update.

We really appreciate you being patient with this issue.

 

We are aware of the situation and are working hard to produce a permanent solution.

 

For now, here is some more information and a workaround for the problem- Custom Form Usage in AccountRight 2019.2

just adding onto this post, I've got clients that have to regularly clear the AccountRight Cache sometimes every hour so I wrote some scripts to help them do that with a double click rather than navigate to a directory each time.

 

I've attached a ZIP file with those scripts for all the main versions they use. hopefully they might help if you get into the same predicament.

We are having this issue since moving to Cloud based myob. It is intermittently printing default rather than our customised forms/invoices. Is there a fix yet?

Hey  @ClubsWA,

 

Thanks for your patience with this issue.

We are happy to report that it will be resolved the AccountRight compliance update 2019.2.1. It is expected to be released in the last week of June (i.e. this week). This update will resolve the custom forms issue as well as include up to date tax tables as per the ATO standards.

 

If you haven't yet, I would recommend subscribing to this post so you can be informed as soon as this update is available- Custom Form Usage in AccountRight 2019.2. You can do so by clicking the "subscribe" button in the top right hand corner of the page.
