Customised reports

After the latest upgrade, our office staff can no longer view the customised reports I have set up.  Can you please outline the steps in the access area I need to change to enable this?  The permissions they need to view is the 'Sales (Customer Detail) report.  I have tried giving them access as follows but still does not work. 

 

Sales, Reports, Sales

Sales, Accounts, Accounts

Sales, Reports, Accounts

Sales, General, User Access
