Since updating my program to AccountRight 2019.2 i have found that all my customised forms have disappeared.
When i re-customise and save them i am left with the default forms therefore, my chages are not nbeing saved.
How do I proceed and create new forms (which i shouldn't have to do because of an update)

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the inconvenience, we are currently aware of the issues with customising forms. Please see Customise form usage in AccountRight 2019.2 for our current work around and updates.

Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this.
We are happy to report that it will be resolved the AccountRight compliance update 2019.2.1. It is expected to be released in the last week of June (i.e. this week). This update will resolve the custom forms issue as well as include up to date tax tables as per the ATO standards.
If you haven't yet, I would recommend subscribing to this post so you can be informed as soon as this update is available- Custom Form Usage in AccountRight 2019.2. You can do so by clicking the "subscribe" button in the top right hand corner of the page.
