Customising Sales Invoice

Having difficulty in setting out different items. Have added tables as seperate items with different prices and units and the ex amounts on each line. I want these different items tables to have sub toals and then the total balance at the end of the invoice. How do I achieve this on the one invoice as cannot seem to add up the total of each table/item. Also when saving the form where is this now saved with the online program as it used to be on your C drive under the program name and under forms? Cannot find it as want to email to client with another company file?

Re: Customising Sales Invoice

Hi @AAHBS

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great source of information.

You can add subtotals to sales transactions, please follow the following article for a step by step process- Add headers, subtotals and lines to sales

With AccountRight Live Custom forms are now stored within the company file. They no longer stay as individual files in your Drive.

Custom forms don’t automatically share between company files. If you want to send them to your client, you need to export them from one file and then send it to your client, which they will need to import into their other file. For more information, please have a look for the article- Custom Forms

Please have a look and let us know what you discover.

Cheers,
Satyam
