Daily Struggles as a MYOB AR2019.2.1 user

Come on MYOB
Please take these out of memory issues seriously.

I have know idea of what was lost when i get this out of memory error.

I know I was working on a entering a purchase invoice and also another sales orders.

 

Needed to enter an sales order for a customer that just walked in.

Go to print the sales order and Bang Something went wrong and I lost everything I was working on.

 

You guys really need to fix this issue as the most urgent priority.

So sick and tired of getting these errors each and every day.

Hey @AndrewStephen,

 

I really am sorry that you continue to see these errors, I understand your frustration and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience being caused.

 

Would you mind clicking the 'View error details" button the next time this happens and post it in your response? Are you able to also post your error log at the time this happens? I'm sure you know where to find this but just incase, here is a link- AccountRight Log Locations.

I have been asked NOT to POST ALL my error logs.

Basically they are Out of Memory related errors and happen across all the various parts of AR2019.2.1

 

If you want me to post the logs every time I get an error I am happy to do that.

Hey @AndrewStephen,

 

I appreciate you respecting the previous requests from moderators.

 

At this stage I am just asking for the error log you see the next time you experience this error. This one error log should give me the information I need to pass onto the relevant teams.

 

After posting this one error log, if we require further logs we will request them. Until then I kindly ask that you continue as you have been and not post the entire error log as previously requested.

Hi @AndrewStephen 

 

Reading between the lines it seems MYOB don't want you to post all your error reports on the forum. I guess it doesn't look good for MYOB. I take it you have explained to them that if they fix the errors, you won't have error reports to post.  If is just inconceivable that after working on some of these errors for over 5 years, MYOB still hasn't managed to fix them.

Yes, just another MYOB Problem, MYOB get an email each time these errors occur, so I am astounded that the Techs do not know what they are.
