Delay in delivery of email

On 1 November I created an invoice and sent it to myself via email. As I was processing a number of invoices on that day I did not realise that I never received the email. Imagine my surprise when I received said email today. 11 days for delivery is, I suspect, a new low for MYOB. Can you explain it?

MYOB,

Emails are not being sent, emails that were sent on the 02.11.2019 are only just being emailed today 12.11.2019. This is not helping as we sent our accounts via MYOB that are 7 days terms. Custormers are not receiving emails until 10 days later??

Is there an issues or do I need to go back to using my own email for accounts, at least that way I know they are beong sent!

I'm having the same problem!

 

Emails sent last week are just turning up this afternoon... I have ALOT of UNHAPPY clients.

 

MYOB what is your answer to this????

Thanks for your post. There are no major issues happening so I'll have to look into this further. 

 

Please Private Message me the following information so I can look on the other side to investigate

 

  • Product: Which version of AccountRight
  • File online? 
  • Serial Number
  • File ID --Found in Help >> About AccountRight
  • From Email address
  • To Email address 
  • Verify that you are emailing from AccountRight and not Outlook

The is an some sort of issuse otherwise there wouldn't be other people having the same problem.

Here as well, sent an invoice on Friday and it arrived today (5 days later).  AccountRight 2019.3

Exact same thing happened to me. Some invoices were randomly "not sent" on Friday 1st November but all went out yesterday afternoon! This is on top of the random blank invoices.

Feels like MYOB is falling apart...

We have ongoing constant issues with mailouts from MYOB.  Customers continually advise they havent received statements sent by email via MYOB AccountRight.

 

Users now have lost faith in MYOB sending email and now email statements etc to themselves before sending to customers.  These email sometimes take hours or even a day or more to come through.

 

Any advice from MYOB on this?

The advice on this is per my post above which is to provide the information needed to investigate. The delayed delivery of emails is not happening for all clients so it requires our dev team to have a look. 

 

Please Private Message me the following information to help investigate

 

  • Product: Which version of AccountRight

  • To Email address
