Generally speaking a timeout error occurs when AccountRight is being asked to process more information than it can handle in a set timeframe. In some cases this can be resolved by reducing the amount of information being processed, such as trying to delete a single job instead of multiple jobs.
Additionally we do have a timeout extender that is designed to extend the length of time before the error is produced. That said if the amount of information that AccountRight is being asked to process still exceeds the extended timeframe the only option is to reduce the amount of information being processed.
