Deleting recurring sale

I have searched for this for sometime and thus far I cant seem to find a solution.

Some years ago in a older version of MYOB, I created a "Save recurring sale" (bottom left). Now when that customer comes up it gives a prompt window titled "Select from list" and the sale is in there. If I click on it, I get a error message and MYOB wants to close.

I would like to delete it. But how? I thought it would be in the "recurring transaction" window, it isn't.

@Grantly

Under Lists there is Recurring Transactions. This shows a list of all recurring transactions on the file and you can delete or edit any of them.

Re: Deleting recurring sale

Thanks for taking the time to try to assist.

This solution doesn't work since as I mentioned in the opening post it doesn't appear in the recurring transactions.

@Grantly

The list that you should be looking for is called Recurring Transaction List not a select from list that you put up in your first post. Lists (on top ribbon)> Recurring Transactions will lead you the list I am referring to.

Re: Deleting recurring sale

Hi @Grantly

File corruption would be the reason - MYOB will need to repair it.

Re: Deleting recurring sale

Yes Ron I believe we are talking about the same window... and no it isn't in there. (I reloaded the picture in the previous post, but I only loaded the tiny corner of the window showing the title of the window)

Gavin so corrupted file? No way to manually repair the file? Or delete?

Re: Deleting recurring sale

Hi @Grantly

No, not without specialised tools. Get in touch with MYOB - this should be a relatively easy fix for them. And the corruption would have been caused by a bug in the software not anything a user did. As such MYOB should repair it for free. I will tag a couple of Moderators - hopefully one will be intouch soon. @Neil_M @CloverQ
