Description field not showing in oustanding sales order report

Hi,

I am trying to move to using MYOB sales quotes and orders which are then converted to invoices.  However, I need a listing of all outstanding orders with their promised date & the description.  I have found a couple of reports but can't find anything that will give me the description field that has been entered in the quote or order.

Can anyone assist me with this?

Thanks,

Christine.

Re: Description field not showing in oustanding sales order report

Hi @go_chris

You could try this report and then save it as a custom report, whereby you would just change your date range:-

  • Reports
  • Sales
  • Under Customer, Select Sales (Customer Detail)
  • Advanced Filters
  • Select your date range and up the top right under Sale Status, select Orders
  • Go to the Insert/Modify Tab and go to the show/hide tab and select Promised Date and Description and hide any of the other fields that you may not want and display or refresh the report.

Hope this is of some help
