Drilling into transactions causing shutdown

Have searched for a similar post.  No help there.  Whilst drillling into previous transactions i get the message "somethings gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close".  This has been happening for months.  Sent the error message to MYOB as instructed.  No response.  Anyone have the same issue?

Re: Drilling into transactions causing shutdown

Hi @Barney34

This indicates a corruption in your file. You will need to send it to MYOB to get it repaired - or google 'myox repair'.

Re: Drilling into transactions causing shutdown

Hi @Barney34

Thanks for your post. This help article has a few steps to go through when you experience this message: Error: Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.

So that I can investigate this further could you please log in to your desktop version, re-produce the error and download the diagnostic log and attach it in your reply?

Kind regards,
Yanike
