Emailed invoices still saying sending 24hrs later

Yesterday I raised over a dozen invoices & emailed to customers via myob, today (over 24hrs later) when i look at emails sent they are not there.  When i click on view all activity with any of these invoices, it shows that it is still sending, so that would mean my customers have not received their invoices as yet.  Not happy MYOB, I need this fixed ASAP

We're having the same issues. Remittances etc we were able to send yesterday, but only partially. We've got invoices to resend now via Outlook (time consuming) as well end of month statements etc. This is for both our companies!

I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, out teams are currently investigating this issue and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Once we get an update I can let you know via this post.

SAME!! 

I have sent email to myself, MYOB states sent but I have not recieved the invoice.... very frustrating!

We have the same issue here. Staff still haven't the payslips I've sent this morning.

I am having the same issue, I can now see the email but they are still showing as sending

I am having the same issue i also had to save and send via outlook very time consuming and not very professional

Having the same problem, first it was just not sending to bigpond email addresses but now won't send to anyone. Look forward to hearing when this problem is fixed. All I can do at the moment is to save the PDF and then do an email through outlook.
