Hi. I got an email this morning asking me to upgrade my MYOB file to allow emailing of pdf invoices straight to my In Tray. Can you please advise how I do this? What is email addresss to email to and where is this information saved so I can refer to it in future?
Help Article: Getting the latest version would be able to assist with installing and upgrading to the latest version. Typically, the process would be to install the latest version and select to open the file with that new version, it will prompt to upgrade the file.
In terms of the In Tray, the email address is unique to the company file and will be found by opening the In Tray>>Email Address (top of the window). Our screenshot on AccountRight 2018.3 now available will outline where to find that option.
