Emailing service invoice no customer or address

Hi, 

When I email customers their invoice it all looks good on my screen but when they receive it and open the PDF. There name doesnt appear in the customer part or their address. 

How do i fix this

Hi @Kymjpsunny 

 

Can you please confirm the version of AccountRight software you are using? It can be found under Help--->About MYOB AR. If you are using 2019.3, I would recommend upgrading to 2019.4 as we did have some issues with the emailed invoices missing information in 2019.3, but has been resolved in 2019.4.

 

However, if you are using 2019.4 and it's still happening, then I would need your serial number and a forwarded copy of the email that was sent to the client by a Private Message so I can investigate further.

Yes i am using 2019.4.0

 

Where is my serial number? 

 

Also how do I message you

You can find your serial number under Setup --> Company Information, and you can message me by clicking here
