Emailing supplier invoices to in-tray is not working

Have found that the In Tray is rejecting my email address today - worked fine this morning from same address and now it's not.

 

There have been no changes

Same here - bounce back with subject "We don’t recognise your email address".

Was working just fine this morning.

Same problem for me too. But at least now I know it isn't just me as this is the first time I tried using the email bills function. Thanks for posting.

yep same thing has happened to me. MYOB any resolution on this and why it's happening?? Extremely frustrating. Just another step closer to changing to Xero.

Same problem.. I have 3 MYOB files with 3 different email addresses and all are rejecting.  No changes have been made at my end either

I am in the same boat.    It worked yesterday in the morning, not in the afternoon!!  Still not working.

 

Any suggestions why MYOB?

Our team is currently investigating the client's ability to upload documents to the In Tray, in particular documents that have been sent through via email.

Hi Everyone

This particular situation has been resolved and you now should be able to email those documents through to bills@accountright.myob.com.au for uploading to the AccountRight In Tray.

 

Once again thank you for your patience while we investigated that situation.
