Emails undeliverable to Gmail addresses -16/12/2020

Hi everyone
 
We are aware that some users are encountering an issue of emails being rejected after emailing from AccountRight and MYOB Essentials. The recipients involved are typically Gmail-based email addresses with the rejection indication being Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.
 
While we are investigating our emailing systems are working as intended, these messages do appear to be linked to the worldwide issues that Google appears to be experiencing.

We've had some reports that the emails are now being delivered successfully to Gmail addresses.
