Entitlements Report does not match Employee Card Balances

Hi There

 

We have recently upgraded our Premier 19 Myob to AccountRight and on running our Employee Entitlements Reports we have found that this does not match our Employees Card information.  I noticed that this has been addressed by another party in this forum also.  Can you please advise how to fix this.

Hello @AstronJB

 

I am sorry to see you are having issues with the balance on the reports after upgrading.

 

There is one thing we need to check before we go any further, can you please just compare the Entitlements Balance Detail report with the card file balance? Does this match at all?

Hi Katt

 

Thank you for looking into this.  The Detailed Entitlements Report does not match the employee cards.  I have only checked a couple of staff members though as we have roughly 90 employees.  We use this report extensively for Management reports so a prompt solution to this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to us.

 

I have escalated this to our data file team to fix the report. You should have an email come through with details on submitting the file. Unfortunately it can take 3 -4 weeks for the team to get back to you.

Hi Emile

 

I received an updated file on 3/6/15 from MYOB advising that the error had been fixed and for me to check.  On checking this the error had not been fixed and I replied to their email advising that the Entitlements on the Individuals Cards was the correct value not the Individuals Balance on the Entitlements Report.  I asked them to look at this again but have had no response since.  Can you please let me know how this is going?  I need to report to Management on these entitlements on a weekly basis.
