Hi There,
I keep on getting Error Data Invalid popping up when try to receive payment entry and pay bills entry.
I don't recall doing anything differently to cause this. Any suggestion?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues.
A "DataInvalid" error can occur when entering, changing or deleting a transaction. It can indicate there are duplicate entries in your company file's database (which shouldn't be there). To remove these duplicate entries and fix the error, I will need to send your company file into MYOB tech support for repair. There's no cost involved and we'll return the repaired file as quickly as possible.
Before I do this, I need to know when exactly the error message occurs. Try to be as specific as you can, for example: what payment entry, what date, to which customer, dates and id if possible etc.
You will be able to continue working in your files while the techsupport team investigates the issue.

Thanks for the reply. The message 'Error: Data Invalid' pops up for the following activities:
- Entering receive payment from Customers (all customers)
- Entering pay bills to Suppliers (all suppliers)
I noticed the error began last Tuesday, 3rd August 2021. However I didn't recall doing anything differently though.
I had a live chat with your tech support earlier this morning, and have uninstalled the older MYOB version on my computer, however the 'Errorata Invalid' still persist while trying to do the above activities.
Hope this information is sufficient. Please also provide more info on how and where to send through file for fixing.
