I was wondering if the MYOB Capture App also has an approval functionality for getting and recording approval of expenses?

Hi @LaniOUP 

The MYOB Capture app is an app that is designed for the user to scan and send photos of documents and receipts into the company file's In Tray. Once in the In Tray,  a user can review the document and attach it to the required recorded transaction.

The process is a direct upload to that In Tray. There is no in-product approval situation in place where a user can approve the document before it is added to the In Tray. The only approval point would be where the user created the transaction and that would be with reviewing the document manually before creating the transaction.
