Forms: Invoices - Surname of customer

It would be really useful and look a lot nicer if the client names are entered.  At the moment if we enter client names that don't have the same surname it prints as Smith & Harris Lachlan & Lisa, where as it should print as if they had the same surnames eg Lachlan Smith & Lisa Harris

Re: Forms: Invoices - Surname of customer - Status changed to: Already in product

Hi Everyone

AccountRight 2017 will take the entered customer name on the card and add that in as a Mailing and Shipping address fields.

For example, if the name on the card is entered as the following, it will appear as "First1 First2 & Last1 Last2" on the invoice.

If you wish for the customer's name to show as "First1 Last1 & First2 Last2" then the card would need to be set up like that i.e:

Alternatively, you could use the Designation of Company which would allow the user to enter that information in as the Card name as intended.

Kind regards,
