Forms not saving, clearing cache

I can't even choose the board i need.

 

ACCOUNT RIGHT 2019.2

 

Basically I have had to clear my cache EVERY DAY to make my customised forms work, today, that doesn't work.  I have been on hold over two callS now for a combined ONE HOUR and counting.  I seemingly have no chance of getting through to anyone.  I'm giving up!

 

Anyone else having this problem?

 

I keep resisting other requests to change to Xero but myob are fast testing my patience!

ving the same issue daily so i am hoping someone from MYOB will answerr you otherwise as you said a new software may be the go.

Apologies for the inconvenience, we understand the importance of fixing this asap.  The post Customise form usage in AccountRight has the most up to date information and workaround at this stage.

I've been doing that but now even that is not working, the frustrtion and time this is taking is unacceptable.

We're continuing to work on this issue and have some additional information regarding AccountRight 2019.2: Things you should know.  The new compliance update should remove the issue.

Hey @Kedam,

 

Our compliance update 2019.2.1 is expected to be released in the last week of June (this week). This update will include up to date tax tables, as well as a resolution to the custom forms issue.

 

If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend subscribing to the above link provided by @Theresa_D to receive the most up to date information on the issue. You can do so by clicking the "subscribe" button in the top right hand corner of the webpage. Please not that you must be logged in to do so.

I Have just downloaded the new update via My.Myob and cant install it as per below.

HI @FrenchlineInd 

 

Due to the size and resolution of the screenshot, I’m not able to clearly make out the error code you are receiving. That said I recommend having a look at our help article Installation troubleshooting, which covers a number of installation errors and their resolutions.

 

If your installation error was different are you able to confirm the exact wording of the error code and description coming up on that message.
