Thanks for confirming that information 

 

As the file is stored locally we do need to arrange for it to come in for some further investigation and potential repair by our team. 

In saying that, we do need to be a bit more thorough. As such, would you mind providing a screenshot of the Item Register window for an extended period i.e. 01/01/2000 to 30/12/9998 (I understand that the file was recently created). Also, would you mind confirming what is currently showing in the Item Information window for that particular item in terms of Quantity on Hand, Current Value and Available.

Hi Steven,

 

No problem.  Attached expanded period of Item register for that Item, if need other items can do so.

 

Also attached shot of the same items screen from the Item List On hand 0 value 0 available 0.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you

We were looking into the situation and it may be just how the Item Register window showcases the information that is causing that unusual display. In short, it works backwards on-screen i.e. takes the current value and works up the transactions to determine the values.


In saying that, we have arranged for the company file to be sent in for an investigation to see if there is nothing untoward occurring with that company file and its item history. You should have received an email outlining the process for that file investigation. This email contains all the information to get that file uploaded but do reach out if you have any questions on that process.
